
On 14 May 2025 SignAgent announced the release of its new and updated mobile application, available for both iOS and Android devices.
SignAgent Mobile in an all-in-one application that transforms how signage professionals handle field work, making their work more accurate, easier, and faster, thereby reducing the need for return trips.
The app eliminates the need for clipboards and spreadsheets. Users can efficiently conduct site surveys and installations, complete punch lists, and capture and access information needed to maintain signs, all from their mobile devices.
Key improvements in the updated version of SignAgent Mobile include:
- New project dashboard
- Enhanced maker visibility and control
- Advanced filtering capabilities
- Customisable workflow options
- Ability to view attachments, such as installation guides and specifications
- Photo annotation features
Users can use the app online or offline.

The app is now available to download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. (In the Apple App Store, users will need to select the new app rather than the legacy version.)
