Remote: Based in London
Modulex seeks an experienced, highly motivated, and client-focused individual to develop and grow our global account business across Western and Central Europe.
This role will focus on building strong relationships with brand agencies and end clients, converting those relationships into major projects. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual to join our international Global Account team.

Key responsibilities
Lead generation and sales growth
- Identify and target brand agencies, corporate clients, and end users in predominantly B2B corporate organisations spanning sectors such as energy, pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, and technology.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and secure projects for custom signage and brand implementation solutions.
- Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets by acquiring new accounts and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Client relationship management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand agencies, brand and marketing teams, and decision-makers.
- Understand client branding objectives and propose tailored solutions that align with their design vision and compliance requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on materials, sustainability options, project management strategies and international brand consistency.
Market research and competitive analysis
- Stay informed on European market trends, signage regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies to position Modulex effectively.
- Share insights on client needs and market demands to influence product development and service enhancements.
Collaboration and project oversight
- Utilising the Assure 360 Program, work closely with internal teams, including designers, fabricators, and installers, to ensure projects meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Communicate client requirements clearly and oversee project timelines for smooth execution.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts with accurate scopes and pricing.
Skills and attributes
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, within branding, signage, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of brand implementation processes and ability to engage with creative agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across diverse markets.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
