To mark the publication of Letter Painting: History & Revival on 11 September 2026 (Éditions L’échappée, “Action Graphique” series), we have put together an extensive programme of events. Walks, talks, panel discussions, film screenings and more will offer an opportunity to discover the rich, captivating and little-known world of sign painting.
The programme has been developed in collaboration with sign painters, offering a chance to explore their passion for the craft and the unique ways they inhabit and practise their profession.
