SignAgent™ achieves ISO 27001 certification

SignAgent, the full lifecycle platform for managing wayfinding and signage projects and assets, today announced its achievement of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, the internationally recognised standard for information security management systems (ISMS). SignAgent consulted with Oppos (a Toronto-based cybersecurity solutions and IT audit preparation agency) to achieve this certification.

ISO 27001 certification validates SignAgent’s systematic and comprehensive approach to safeguarding sensitive information and under-scores the company’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards of data protection for its customers and stakeholders.

The ISO 27001 certification, awarded by Prescient Security (an independent accredited body), confirms that SignAgent has implemented a robust and compliant information security management system. This system covers critical aspects of the company’s operations, including: organisational security measures; personnel security practices; physical security controls; and technological safeguards.

“Information security is extremely important for all of our clients, especially large built environments like hospitals, airports, transit systems, stadiums, and major world sporting events … Achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 certification demonstrates our commitment to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information assets in our care, and to the continuous improvement of the systems and processes that support SignAgent’s security practice,” said Kenneth Webb, Information Security Manager at SignAgent.

To achieve ISO 27001 certification, SignAgent consulted with Oppos (a Toronto-based cybersecurity solutions and IT audit preparation agency).
