1 Finsbury Avenue

Signbox

Project Name: Trivision Display Sign at 1 Finsbury

Client: Signbox was commissioned by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) Architects and Sir Robert McAlpine to supply and install an architectural feature sign displaying several unique pieces of artwork created by Morag Myerscough.

Sector: Offices and estates

Location: The City, London (UK)

The role: Signbox devised a compelling solution for the clients’ ambitious scheme to create an exhilarating visual impact installation that showcases Morag Myerscough’s artwork to stunning visual effect.

Technical details: This type of sign is also known as a Trivision, also called three-message sign and is a billboard sign that comprises triangular prisms placed inside a frame. The prisms rotate 120⁰, each showing a new graphic or information.

Outcome: This project has bought together beautifully two facets of architectural signage and artwork.

This installation will see a high footfall and certainly has created an amazing centrepiece for the whole building.

This sign will allow the building occupiers to place additional promotions and feature events in the future, making this into a statement sign system.
