Location: London or Shrewsbury
Salary: £30K-£35K per annum depending on experience
We (f.r.a.) are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team, based in our London or Shrewsbury studio. This is a client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, growing key accounts, and supporting the smooth delivery of projects across the studio.
You’ll play a central role in ensuring projects run efficiently, while also developing client partnerships, attending industry events, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build, nurture and develop long-term client relationships
- Take ownership of key accounts, identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded work
- Travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and represent the studio at industry events
- Manage projects from onboarding through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Support the day-to-day running of the design team by planning, budgeting, and allocating resources
- Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to maintain efficient workflows
- Brief, mentor, and manage staff and freelancers when required
- Monitor project performance and contribute to monthly invoicing targets
Skills and experience
- 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager within the creative industry
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
- Confident attending events and representing a studio externally
- Communication is extremely important for this role, the successful candidate must be an excellent communicator
- Excellent project management and organisational ability
- Experience managing budgets and programmes for high-value clients
- Proficient in Excel, Adobe CC, and Mac OS
- Willingness and ability to travel as part of the role
