We will be holding a conference on retail at visitor attractions. Speakers and case studies include: Stacy Kissinger (National Trust), Laura Mullins (London Transport Museum), Amanda Pearlman (Southbank Centre), Sarah Sevier (V&A), James Dwyer (Lumsden), and a TBC senior figure from high street retail on learning lessons on the customer experience.
Plus sessions on ‘living your brand’, sustainability, innovation in design retail spaces and how attractions are responding to cost of living pressures on customers.
This is a paid-for conference outside the usual members’ programme of events.
