Join AIGA LA and Nikki Villagomez for a look into how culture affects typography and the decision-making process in everyday life. This is where you come in! Please send pictures that are unique to our city (manhole covers, neon signs, ghost signs, hand lettering, historic signs etc.) to Nikki (@nikki_vz or nikkivillagomez@gmail.com) by Friday, October 6 to be included in her presentation. She will use typographic pictures taken throughout her travels to highlight the photos she receives from Los Angeles in a side by side exploration discussing the comparisons (and contrasts) in type choices.
